CUA Chamber Choir: Jan Dismas Zelenka – Miserere I

“The CUA Chamber Choir performs the first movement of Jan Dismas Zelenka's "Miserere" at the Baltimore Cathedral, 2019. Conducted by Timothy McDonnell.” This is beautiful and perfect for Good Friday.

Black Catholic Messenger on Dom Chrysostom’s final vows

Dom Chrysostom, friend to many of us, made his solemn profession of vows on March 25, the Feast of the Annunciation. After converting to Catholicism, Dom Chrysostom began making annual retreats at monasteries around the U.S. Of his 2017 entrance into the Monastery of Christ in the Desert, he says, “I didn't get knocked off a horse. Angels didn’t hit me upside the head with their wings or anything. I just heard a voice saying, ‘I want you there.’” Many he serve the Lord for many years.
